I rec'd an email saying I could check in which I have never had before for a hotel. ON looking over the email I realized it was for another town 15 miles away. I have never heard of such of thing and I am sure had I not noticed the change and went to my original hotel they would have stated there was nothing they could do as I had checked in and no rooms at my original hotel were available. Poor customer relations. I do have to state that when I called the original hotel personally they were most helpful and had me booked back into the original hotel. But I had to change my room to a king bed only. Also, we stayed for two nights and the room was never cleaned.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in the USA and around the world. Some bad some okay and some perfect. This place was okay but the relax area extremely uncomfortable. Could not get comfortable at all on the couch. No coffee table. Had to put snacks and drinks on mobile ottoman or the floor. Room 532 has a blow out bulb and bathroom power socket does not work.

"Noisy Neighbors"

We were stuck next door to a group of high school wrestlers. They repeatedly slammed the door all night long causing us to get no sleep the first night. We informed the front desk who said they would let the manager know and get back with us. They said they would take care of the loud neighbors,and it was not taken care of and it happened all night. Hotel was fine in itself, have to give a three for service.

Beautiful place. What a nice first time visit. Robert, the desk clerk, was simply amazing! He was kind, extra helpful, and super friendly! The place was easy going and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous! No complaints.
