Staying on the 5th floor, it was quiet, which was appreciated. Room was clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Used the workout room and it was nice. Breakfast was fine and well presented (clean). I have stayed at this hotel many times. The company needs to go in EVERY ROOM and assess the rooms. Slow draining water, toilets that have to have the handle held down to flush and toilet paper holders falling off the wall, are not acceptable. Also, there should be a NO PETS floor. I do not want to be in a room where other people had their dogs. That is not fair to those of us who do not care for dogs in their home. Please consider that policy. I may try another hotel next time, as the above problems are annoying.

It is comforting to know that after traveling all day, there is a clean, comfortable place to stay. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The nice breakfast in the morning made the stay complete.

"Great hotel but poor service!"

We reached at about 10 PM there and kids were tired. There were three rooms showing online with two Queen beds but receptionist said she can't assign to us as she was expecting some people to come. So I booked online and showed her confirmation email but she said she didn't get payment from Priceline so can't give me room. I showed her my credit card transaction and said kids are really tired and assign room so she reluctantly gave us room but when we checked in, there was only one King size bed! When I called her, she said they over sold online and don't have two Queen beds room and that there is one pullout couch. I said I paid for two Queen beds room so must be given similar or better. But she didn't budge at all and we four people had to sleep on one king bed and one pullout couch. Terrible service. But hotel and breakfast was great.

"Not happy with hotel."

I made reservation some time ago to stay here for a wedding in town. Unfortunately my husband came down with double pneumonia and covid the week of the wedding. Of course we were unable to attend the wedding and I sent as request to the hotel three times to cancel the reservation. As of today I have not heard from them. I would not book here again since they ignore your requests and can't even give you a simple reply. I still am hoping for a refund but I do plan on taking this further if I do not receive one.

Hotel is very nice with a very good hot breakfast. The pool, hot tub and workout area in excellent shape. Very clean comfortable rooms. The candy and water left in the room is really nice. Very good staff always friendly and accommodating. The only negative is we were on the fifth floor and coudnt get a WiFi connection. I told the night manager and he said they have had issues on the fifth floor it there are problems. He said they were doing a upgrade in the WiFi and offered to move us to another room downstairs but we we’re leaving the next day so I declined. Got a great rate with my NRA membership but I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting my in laws if I can get the same rate.
